Fatma Cambaz Uysal has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, successfully managing accounting system setup, budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, tax planning, and foreign trade accounting processes in numerous companies operating in diverse sectors such as machinery manufacturing, energy, and retail. Throughout her career, she has held senior management positions at companies such as Zentech, Pupa Bilişim, and Keramik; implemented many processes ranging from the integration of ERP, budgeting, and accounting systems to digital accounting applications; and played an active role in VAT refunds, incentive applications, social security, tax compliance, and financial statement analysis and measures.

Since joining Andersen in July 2024, she has been working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) providing support to the companies under her responsibility, including maintaining legal books, preparing tax returns, handling social security procedures, and providing financial consultancy.

She holds a Certified Public Accountant license in accordance with Law No. 3568.
